Mindfulness

Social Distancing means keeping away from other people so we can help stop the spread of germs and Corona virus.

It is not always easy to change our routines and plans, but we can find simple ways to help make it feel less difficult. Connecting with friends and family virtually and practising mindfulness can calm us. Sharing our emotions with people we trust is another way to feel better.

Whether you are indoors or out, you can stay mindful by breathing, yoga and exercising. Focusing on what we can control and letting go of what we can not, is a good way to slow down our thoughts and fears.
